It's the price of a complete base version, ready to use. It only goes up if you add pages, languages or features. Everything is set in the quote before we start: the price quoted is the price you pay.

A site, an app or software is like a vehicle: it has to be hosted, updated and monitored to stay safe and fast. An app also has to keep up with every new version of iOS and Android, or one day it stops opening. The plan covers that work for a fixed price each month. It isn't mandatory, but without updates a security hole appears within months.
